Insurance

We gladly accept most major orthodontic insurance plans, and our office is committed to helping you maximize your orthodontic insurance benefit. Orthodontic insurance is often different from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the total orthodontic fee until the benefit maximum is reached. Charges for diagnostic records and lost or broken appliances are generally not covered by insurance.

PPO insurance plans allow you to seek treatment from your choice of orthodontists and still receive your full benefits. We will submit all claims on your behalf and accept assignment of benefits if we are listed as a "Preferred Provider" under your insurance plan. In the event that we are not listed as a Preferred Provider, we will gladly submit the claim for you, and your benefits will be paid directly to you in accordance with your insurance company's policy. In order to better assist you, please provide our office with your insurance information so we can more accurately estimate your insurance benefit.

Please remember that insurance is an estimated benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, final responsibility for remaining charges and/or remaining insurance benefit rests with the insured party.

We offer no-interest payment plans that are typically divided over 12 to 18 months.
